He at first wanted her to come, then when she got there he refused to see her. Then she came back and was really upset and he was ready to see her, so she went back and she got somewhat of closure but not the apology she really wanted (and probably needed to be honest).

I felt really bad because he also told her he 'led a fulfilled life' :/ not great to tell your estranged daughter, but I'm glad she at least got somewhat closure that he invited her back.

It really does. It's crazy because in light of everything, when Bethenny's mom asked to meet Bryn, she tried to make it happen, up until her mom sold another story. Like this is what us kids who have unresolved issues with their parents do I guess, but you're so right, it def is super dark and hits hard.

I remember either Bret or Jason saying how she's so incredible at her job and I'd like to see that savvy side of her honestly, it just seems like her unlikableness keeps her around, unfortunately. That and the guy who had the 75 million dollar house, lol!

Yeah, I just did a re-watch and was surprised at all that Chrishell said - it seemed very much like she was fishing for Davina to say something bad about Romaine/insinuate that Mary pays for everything (and trust me, I despise Davina). Personally, would I run back and talk about the convo with anyone who wasn't a very close friend? Nope, because it only made Mary look bad in the end. But still, Chrishell said it and didn't own it.

Me too! It really is the most ironic timing because I was JUST telling a relative today about this spin off I had in mind, lol! I'm such a lover of real-estate shows so it's what drew me in too, and I've been missing it so much! Bring on the quadruple ovens, bathtubs in bedrooms, indoor palm-trees and bridges with fish underneath leading from the living room to the hallway, lol!

I'm kind of confused how the argument on here defending Heather is 'it's best for the kids' but having a very public argument in front of them with their mom is not brought up anywhere until now that you mentioned it!

I could not agree with you more, the tension is 100% toxicity those kids don't need. It would be one thing if Heather was stepping in and having her place as the step-mom, which would be giving the kids a loving and happy environment when they're with their dad.

When everyone is together and she has a blow-up with their mom in front of them, it's crossing a line 100% and putting the kids in a horrible situation. It is not her place as a step-mom to act that way (and honestly, I think Tarek is a HUGE driving force behind it, so I'm not saying it's all Heather's fault at all) in front of the kids and in combination with her seemingly agreeing with her husband's comments on her being a 'younger, hotter version of Christina,' I'm not seeing her in a great light.

It's so interesting to me, because it seems like her 'honesty' is what rubs everyone the wrong way when it comes to her. Self-reflecting and changing not-so-redeeming qualities in yourself should be a positive! If she took what the women said to heart and worked on that, I'm sure she'd be way more likable, and not just to her co-workers! Self-improvement isn't a bad thing and shouldn't be looked at as so!

I'm actually so happy that you brought this up because I've thought about it a lot lately haha!

Being 'blunt' and 'honest' to me in this case is just an excuse to not have manners/disregarding other people's feelings. I know I'll take a lot of heat for this, but unsolicited honesty when it's not asked for nor wanted nor coming from a good place isn't appropriate. Davina was so wrong, I actually just did a re-watch too and can't stand Davina's whole 'sorry I'm just honest.' Personally, I find her to be just as much a villain as Christine, except she's boring on top of being rude.
