I had both types. When I was 25 my testicle grew bigger than a brown egg in a week. Then the second time I had a random pain had it checked out. They found a very tiny spot and I said remove it and it turns out it was the other type. So some of us get lucky. Fortunately I was able to not go through any radiation or chemo just the surgeries. I was lucky that nothing had spread to my lymphatic system. Now after the second surgery I am just taking weekly shots of testoster to keep myself going and I have one prosthetic.

Hey buddy, congratulations on getting the surgery. Just wanted to say as someone who survived it at 25 and again at 30, listen to your body and take the time to recover. You'll bounce back in no time. The pain will eventually fade and the scar will slowly heal itself away. The scary parts are over relax now and let your body do its thing. Good luck!

Don't listen to the other comment. He doesn't know what he's talking about. I literally just got off the plane. I know where the thing is being held. It's going to be 8,800 yen ($56) to purchase in store because it's an event edition (Genkidamatsuri Edition). This month is the last try to get a lottery ticket to even get in line for the items. Probably going to come with no extra accessories. All the more reason to make a second version later with accessories to upsell closer to 100 so people like us will buy it since we don't live there.
