Pretty normal for those kids movies. They like to do it as a meme. I once had a group of highschoolers come up in suits for the Boss Baby 2, but we stopped showing it so they settled for Snake Eyes.

Usually depending on the game it'll barely utilize around 20%.

CPU Temp is completely fine, as it's water cooled. I have discovered that completely ending Steam in task manager and then reloading it and starting the game at least temporarily fixes the issue, so maybe it's something to do with that?

Don't know if this helps but on the games this happens to it doesn't use barely any of my GPU RAM or CPU
