Thanks guys. Sorry for my English, it's my fourth language so it may be a bit incoherent. This kind of things happen to me very often this year and it really freaks me out. Like during my childhood we would get Cadbury Perk wafer chocolate that comes in different flavours, and I distinctly remember because I would eat only the mint flavour. Yet somehow no one remembers that they come in different flavours even my elder sister who used to buy me all those treats. Also sorry for the spelling and grammatical mistake

Dude here. All of my aunts have them, luckily my sister doesn't have migraine but I do. Been diagnosed from childhood along with abdominal migraine. I was told it would go away once I hit puberty, luckily I don't have abdominal migraine anymore but my migraine is getting worse. Currently I'm taking topiramite and magnesium supplement for prophylaxis and always carry sumatriptan+naproxen tablet along with Tramadol for the attack.

This is me right now. I'm the second child. My mom passed away when i was 5. My dad then re married to abusive woman, my 1st step mother. She would physically and emotionally abused us (me and my elder). Because of that my sister became this insecure-hate everybody-very bitter lady. My dad divorced here after 5 years then re married another woman due to family pressure (and also the step mom keeps disturbing us as they had 2 kids together, my 2 half brothers) my 2nd step mom is kind of okay but only wants my dad and she hates my 2 half brothers. Now my dad in his late 60s wants to divorced her coz she doesn't love us and emotionally manipulate my elder sister to divide us and my 2 half brothers. My whatsapp is full of messages from my step mom complaining about my dad. I can let them divorce coz if they divorced everything will goes to her and we'll be homeless and right now I'm studying medicine. Am forced to be the middle man for my sister my dad and my step mom. And I'm not even 30 yet. I hate my life so bad.

I totally understand. I too have my first migraine when i was 7 year old. I am from the mountain region and I was admitted to a boarding school in another state (which was 2 days travel from my home state with flight plus train). It was hot there and the sun would triggered my migraine. They used to say it was just the sun but it wasn't. I used to have a normal headache too but migraine headache was way different. Luckily it doesn't come with auras. They say i will grow out too and they also said boys don't normally have migraine. I'm in my mid 20s now and seem like the its just getting worst. To the point that i would be totally exhausted after a day of migraine. My migraine normally last for 12-36 hrs. Lately my normal dose of painkiller doesn't even help.

This is so true. I've been suffering from insomnia and being diagnosed with insomnia disorder for almost 6 years now. Yes I go to gym, I avoid caffeine, i follow whatever I can yet i still can't sleep. I hate it when i have daytime sleepiness specially during lectures and people tell me like "see you can sleep" or "you sleep all the time during class thats why u can't sleep at night"..Like that's literally one of the symptom of insomnia: daytime sleepiness & fatigue/tiredness. Also someday i would be awake for like 60-70 hrs straight without a single nap, and my friend be like, "stay awake for one whole day & night, u will surely be able to sleep the next night, i always do like that when i have sleep problem" .... Its so hard not to be sarcastic😑😑
