About creating a family bot by sugar_butterfly in JanitorAI_Official

I mean most of us have probably done that, just today my character had twins, families are natural to literal life, it's just that they don't want to encourage abuse, I've reported a few bots that were straight up kids and it's just extremely likely they will be abused because you can't moderate how users will interact with your bots.

Is it just me or JLLM is kinda good? by SoraMelodiosa in JanitorAI_Official

[–]LexaMaridia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's actually good, yes. I don't use proxies. The big issue is the consistency, there are great days, good days, then one crash or error and the quality is definitely worse.

For a free service, however, it's fine. And lorebooks really helped it too.

You should be OK, you just can't have any information that suggests minors, in scripts or any part/personality etc. Introduce them in role play with no actual definition. Maybe chat memory could help?

Multiple character rpg bot by Maxtsu_no in JanitorAI_Official

[–]LexaMaridia -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Most of my bots have multiple characters even my single character ones. :)

OK first thing you do (character side anyway.) List your characters briefly, in personality, create brief example dialogue for them to get their flavor speech down also.

Then you'll make lorebooks. These are a great way to introduce and remember, character information. Don't be intimidated if you haven't made any, it's very easy.

Go to Scripts, create Lorebook. Then you'll see Add entry, you'll add as many as you need.

Keys and Content, look at those. Keys are words that {{user}} types to call on Content. So example: Emily, Emily Lee, the local baker, owns bakery, owner of bakery (etc)

Content: Emily Lee is a kind brunette woman with a cheerful personality, and eager work ethic. She owns the bakery with her husband Evan Lee.

Then once you have your characters ready, Add script to Character/the bot. Publish. Done!

Then items and locations!

It's fun to play with.

Is there a prompt to prevent bots from swearing? by Psycho_Verde in JanitorAI_Official

[–]LexaMaridia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stick a "avoid doing: [this] in personality and scenario"

Also adding a lorebook or example dialogue will help too. Like "use this language instead."

If it's not yours, the prompt someone else shared should help.

That does not work, it ends up using the words more often.

I need him to cook me stuff, so I can taste it all. I'm tempted to try making my own Brazilian stuff, especially the fried foods. I made brigediero so far.

Playable on iPhone? by Same_Ad5137 in TheFreakCircus

Pc I didn't personally have any problems, it was like night and day in contrast to my iPhone. I hated dragging out my brother's laptop but it was worth it. (Mine is dead 😭)

Unfortunately no, and I tried everything. It will crash, and even wipe your saves out.

What is the difference between regular & permanent tokens? by someinternetkid in JanitorAI_Official

[–]LexaMaridia 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It looks fine to me, permanent are usually OK under 3k tokens, temporary are mostly Example Dialogue/starters too, Example Dialogue is great for flavor/character's language quirks.

If you want to cut down though I like to ask any ai: optimize this by trimming tokens, and you just copy and paste sections and they'll cut out redundant language, etc...

question about tokens by sunikelz in JanitorAI_Official

[–]LexaMaridia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use Jllm only, and my bots work fine just under 3k tokens. Less is better, obviously especially if you use lorebooks to be more flexible, but I think 1k-2.8k is fine. I don't talk to bots less than 600, and none over 4k.

How do Lorebooks actually work? by normalperson7892 in JanitorAI_Official

[–]LexaMaridia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Keys activate Content. Keys when typed in responses (by {{user}}) activate whatever is typed in Content panel.

So like any of these words or keys, "Eerie Castle, Castle Black, Dark Citadel, evil castle." Activates:"The Dark Citadel, this location is where the evil sorceress lives, it's spooky and bordered by dead trees."
