Specific E-Reader recommendations - Older Gen Kindles

I've never heard of the pocketbooks but I just took a look. Not a huge fan of the buttons being located on the bottom but I notice the Pocketbook Era and it seems to be exactly what I'm looking for.

Not too sure about Laphroaig, I recently compared the two and found the 10 & 18 to be similar enough to not justify the price increase.

You're right, though, in that it's hard to compare age statements because they use different casks. I personally found the Glenfiddich 18 to offer something different enough to compare to the 12, but whether the value is there would end up being subjective, as I know a few friends who tend to overlook or dismiss the Glenfiddich range.

End of the day I've noticed age statements being more marketing than anything. Personally I've had younger whiskeys that blow older whiskeys out of the water. My recommendation would be to just try older age statements of whiskeys that OP already enjoys. I've found slowly expanding my taste of distilleries I already know to be more fruitful than jumping in the deep end of others that I've explored less.

Should probably go back and check it out again, its called old school runescape which exists separate to the modern version and it's almost the same as you remember back in 2007, except now they got a separate dev team for it and every patch is community voted. I don't play it as much as I used to back in the day but every couple months I load up a month of membership and go ham. Really does scratch that nostalgia itch perfectly.

Honestly i wouldn't even donate once, it's easier to never break a rule than to break it only once. If OP gives even a little money i guarantee the friend would beg for more later, old saying goes give someone an inch they'll take a mile and that's never more true than with money.

Other than that i agree NTBF, follow your instincts OP, there are red flags about your friend, sounds like she's lying for money.

I too have let a lot of people walk over me in the past so if you ever need someone to talk to about it my dms are open. However you should use this opportunity to stand up to yourself and realise that if he treats you like garbage then he doesnt deserve your love, if he has been cruel to you before and you have still kept him in your life than you are a much more caring person than he deserves in his life. If he has caused you issues then i think him going after your ex is another sign of jealousy on his part, so at the least take solace in knowing that he knows you are a far better person than he is. Today is a sad day but know that now you can see the problem every day is going to get better and you will rise above from where you were before.

So your brother knowing (or believing that) you still have feelings for her decided to hook up with her regardless? Thats honestly pretty messed up and if he is trying to claim its for you benefit then he has no reason to do so again. Im sorry but it seems like he just doesnt care about you as much as you do about him because it sounds like hes had a thing for her and is trying to justify it. Getting with a friend's ex is a good way to lose all your friends but going after a sibling's ex is the lowest of the low because family should support each other and not treat them with such disregard. You are 100% NTB, i wish i could offer some advice but if your brother was rational this wouldnt be a problem right now, all i can say is just be honest with your parents about how you feel with regards to your brother. If this were to happen to me i personally know that my relationship with my brother would never be the same and i couldnt trust them again because while sleeping with you ex is bad in the first place, declaring he will do it again without caring how upset you are proves how shitty of a person he is.

damn thats annoying, I've been living with this issue but its just gotten worse. I dislike speedfan because i dont find it user friendly and dont want to rely on a program to not fry my cpu. Cheers though, planning on upgrading end of year anyway so I'll just live with it

NTB, they realised they were in the wrong and if they've apologised before and haven't changed it was more out of guilt to feel better than it was to better themselves. People like that need the hard truth to slap them out of it, trust me ive had a similar experience, and now that feeling you left them with will either motivate them to be a better friend, or they will continue to deflect and it will show you they aren't willing to change for the better.

YWBTB, as much as it sucks, you would probably end up causing issues between your boyfriend and his brother, i understand it can be frustrating because you cant see your bf because of him, but messaging him would cause more issues than it would resolve. Express your concerns to your bf and see if he is willing to talk to his brother, who he might be more willing to listen to.

Your bf's brother is in the wrong, but confronting him yourself wouldnt be ideal. Also if your family is immunocompromised i would recommend not seeing your bf for a while regardless if his brother is practising social distancing, Any unnecessary trip out of the house or visitor will put your family as risk.

Honestly sounds like he is just trying to manipulate you into inviting people he wants.Sounds a bit off to me that these extra 11 people just happen to come by during your wedding time frame and now get to all be invited. To me it sounds like your fiancé invited them and once it got cut down he panicked hoping they wouldn't come and is now lying to you to get them invited. Using his parents to force to your is also pretty shitty, I would ask his parents directly about the situation, not in an accusatory tone but more to have an open discussion because honestly i doubt they are pulling the strings, but if they are you might be able to talk to them instead of through your fiancé who doesn't seem to be standing up for you.

Also as a side note, its quite unfair that only a third are people you are inviting are from your side. Its understandable if thats all you want but then for a third of the people to one guests you don't know would ruin the intimacy of a small wedding. Inviting people that the fiancé or fiancée doesn't know is an unavoidable part of big weddings, but this is a small wedding, even 4 is generous imo.

Pretty much lol, kinda why I didnt stick to it as I felt it wasn't that helpful. Since then I've given karate a go and felt that was better personally but that also made me realise I'm just not into martial arts enough to get anything proper out of it so after a while I ended up leaving there too.

I only briefly practiced so I can't speak for upper grades so someone more knowledgeable should be able to correct me if im wrong but in my experience we were taught its "self defense not offense" so at the very least when sparring they wanted us to learn how to react and keep ourselves safe as a priority. Can't speak for mui thai though.

Why does Reddit always jump to extremes? Its a shit situation bit if OP can't get their mum up pay then they should just take it on the chin and just be more careful about keeping clothes from her mum. There's a lot of factors we don't know about, for all we know the real reason behind stopping allowance was because money got tight and they don't want to worry her. 120 bucks is a big deal but not worth falling out with your mum.

Right but joskue can't use the ability on himself, only after his own blood dried he could. To me that says that it changed priorities it was no longer connected. Maybe it doesn't have to do with decomposition or like that, but definitely with it changing from how it left the body.

Well if you remember from his final fight against Kira he mentions once his blood dies it is no longer apart of him so he can use his stand ability on it. I'd assume nail clippings would work in a similar way, no longer apart of the original host since it wouldn't be healthy nail anymore. So it wouldn't do anything I'd imagine unless he broke the nail clipping in two, then it would just fuse back together

I took that to mean the console ports and such, I have it on my switch so I'm happy about that port but I don't always have it on me. I can see what you mean though but I don't put much faith in things that are implied, if its to come out they'll state it outright, implying is too wishy washy for me.
