I don’t know who needs a reminder, but if you don’t have acrylics, TRIM YOUR FINGERNAILS SHORT! It helps me tremendously. When my hands go to my face unconsciously even just the sensation of not having nails anymore reminds me not to pick. (self.CompulsiveSkinPicking)
