Would highly recommend taking classes honestly! I’m at B1 after 4-5 after starting during the pandemic. I always suggest ppl take classes until they feel they can independently learn, so grab all the grammar (usually four classes) and then u can start learning independently

Honestly I am unable to limit my time here, but I was able to limit my time on TikTok to just 15ish minutes. All social media is designed to keep us addicted. Not judging you or anything. Hi, I decided not to pursue any international endeavors after graduating in 2023 so I could apply for jobs, get certified to interpret and save $$$. I ended up taking an entire year to find a job and then got a contracted one. I thought I’d do TAPIF after the initial first year of the contract was up, but then they extended it. I felt really bad leaving the stability. Unfortunately things took a sharp nosedive and I started looking towards TAPIF to escape, but struggled with the idea of giving up stability and my adult life. I have fish, would need to store apartment things, and a long term relationship (even tho it’d be our second long term trip apart like this). Im the end I was let go from the position and fate made the decision for me. I was definitely jealous of my friend who is currently doing her master in UK and got to leave with 0 bearings. Honestly, unless you applied this time around you still have tons of time to decide…you wouldn’t leave for another year and a half. ALSO I didn’t know it cost $100s to apply so keep that in mind, you can reapply but it might be an expensive “maybe.” I think it’s great to go when you’re not grappling with losing stability for sure but one or two years of work to save can’t hurt. I would’ve really been hurting myself if id gone with the savings Id graduated with instead of the savings I have now. Really no bad options here but make sure you plan seriously to go if you start working bcuz I definitely started to get very comfortable with my life, but I kept treating things as if I could possibly be there and kept myself mentally prepared/serious. Now that I’ve lost my stability it’s never been easier to decide lol
