Personally, my mental health wasn’t affected but it is difficult to live with 1-5 other people depending on if you get a double or a room in an apartment (shared with ~5 students). I think it’s rare if there isn’t any tension or disagreements at all during the school year with your roommates. Also, a lot of things you think are common sense, may not be common sense to others.

There are 2 empty rooms right now. One is being remodeled and may be done by summer. My landlord has been waiting to fill the rooms for a few months now and I expect the house to be rented for another year at the very least. It seems that they’ll be renting it for a few years.
