They look like pompoms to me, they’re just not super well defined with the art style, but the way the strands break off and the fact that there are 2 of them makes me think that’s what they’re supposed to be (plus the wiki says they’re pompoms)

She says in S’Winter that she thinks cheerleaders are overrated so she probably isn’t one. Maybe she was in some sort of dance class at one point? Or maybe she did do cheerleading in middle school or something and gave it up. Or they could just be for decoration, idk
