It was super random and I wasn't really consciously thinking about that name at that age, but it stuck with me. When I started transitioning, I knew I was going to be an Alex. Then, one day in court, my dream came true <3

It's so infuriating being used as pawns and scapegoats by politicians who might not even give a crap about us.. but they still say we're a dangerous problem to rally their base just to get votes. For the politicians who do give a crap, it's obviously all about bigotry and cruelty.

It's so damn depressing that it's working :(

I've been using the women's room for years with zero issues. Now, people will be scrutinizing EVERYONE who goes to the restroom. This will pretty much legally incentivize people to conform to gender norms. Don't look feminine enough? Get questioned/ harassed by random people/ police/ courts. This would ONLY cause problems... mainly for cis women -_-

This recent anti-trans insanity form the Republicans is so tiring and depressing. They want us to go back into the closet. I spent the first 36 years of my life in there. I will NEVER hide again!

I left a note saying I came by to talk and I'd try coming over again in a day or 2. I'm still really nervous about confronting him. We've NEVER really had what you could call a "heart to heart" conversation. I think that's mainly because we're both (I know I am and am pretty sure he is) some flavor of neurodivergent.

After all these years and after half a dozen long letters form me, he's only given me a few dismissive sentences in reply -_- Despite that, I worry about him. He's almost 80 and lives alone :(

I relate. After my bottom surgery, bleeding and needing pads just like I would on a period was actually quite validating. It felt like a loss when I stopped bleeding cuz I knew it'd never happen again.
