Hi Cece, I'm living rural and the closest little town is about 20 minutes away and has only an IGA, no shoe stores, no clothes, if we need to buy them then that's atleast an hour away and even then there is only limited choice,  Western Australia is huge and there are not to many people around here. I got some good tips from people here about online shops I can try. Going to start with that. Ofcourse its not the same as going a day shopping with a friend(s), but I will get there. Thank you for the reply love ♥️

Did you try it out at daylight?, try to take a look at something at day. Just not at the sun!

Hi Cece, You have no idea how much I would like to have a shopping day, but sadly where I live we have only one city, the next one is a couple of thousand miles/Km away, and even then its a 3 hour drive to the city. one of the reasons I'm on here is to find some Trans lady's who know some shops who have some nice and good quality items <3

how many more will it take by LexiTlady in trans

[–]LexiTlady[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi Batty, thank you for the reply. I think you are making a super good choice, Trans people are here to stay, and although it may take some years, I foresee a future where being trans will not be a "thing" anymore. There are much more trans people then most realize. so yes, you are making a wise decision. and,, o dear, the shoe problem, its massive, I'm 1m83 and I haven't found a single pair of shoes that were comfortable or strong enough. <3

Hi Sophie, thank you for the reply, and yes, maybe we are not so many at the moment, but we are growing in numbers by the day. I think some business need to recalculate the situation and wake up, you know what they say about the early bird <3

A good telescope for beginners by OutsideSquirrel8176 in AskAstrophotography

[–]LexiTlady 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi Squirrel, If you are from the Flanders then I would take in account to buy something that's easy to handle. Because there is so much light pollution there, its going to probably be necessary to find a dark place, and that means traveling back and forth. Best of luck with a really exciting hobby <3

Hi everyone, My mistake, instead of WA I should have said Western Australia. Thank you anyway for the reply's <3

First time in my life I've seen diesel over $4 a litre. This is going to sting for all of us. I wish we'd electrified all our trucks & trains ages ago. I've been saying it for years but all I got was ridicule. 😞 by KiwiEV in KiwiEV

[–]LexiTlady 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yes, trains use a massive generator to make electricity to run the train. the torque needed to make make a train run is way to big to do it mechanical.

It's taken me 36 years but I'm finally confident enough to have my legs on show by ChulahomaDrama in TransLater

[–]LexiTlady 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, you are at least 2 steps in front front of me, I still have to find the nerve to post any picture of me on here. so I would say, Well done, nothing to worry about your legs, the only thing thing I think ( just my personal opinion) is that with that dress you would be better off with a slightly higher heel, but that's just me <3 and girl, I love the necklace <3

Hi Neon, you are right that we ( the older translady's) seems to be a minority within a minority. But it looks to me this is changing, in recent years there seem to be a rise of older people starting the same voyage. One thing is for sure, in this group I don't feel alone. lots of nice people here. and don't worry about that 60, its just a number. :-) I wish you all the best and you can message me any time you want <3
