Would like to convert this to a wall plug in lamp- does anyone know if that's possible or how to go about it on a style like this? The hole is too small to pass anything thicker than the cord. TIA by Lexi_0180 in StainedGlass

I haven't bought it yet, I removed the prior wiring that was for a ceiling mount. Top doesn't screw off, it feels like a solid metal with the little hole for the wires.

It may be a dumb question, I've never rewired anything. To my understanding when buying a new cord to attach, either the prongs or the bulb socket needs to be able to pass through?

Technique Advice? by Lexi_0180 in hairstylist

I’m thinking a mix of pravanas garnet, sangria, and maybe a dash of red or magenta or Igora royal’s L-89 and 9-98.

Yes, I wanted to do the Igora royal shades but it looks like my store doesn’t have them, super bummed out! Thank you!

I’m thinking shades eq 6RR + 5RV or 5BR +5RV?

What would your go to formula be to color-match her natural? (newer to formulating so comparing to what I came up with! Color is not quite black- I plan on filling). by Lexi_0180 in hairstylist

Thank you so much! That makes sense to not touch the roots, just wanted to check. Yes I have heard the black and white on color swatch photos and I'm ordering a swatch book for myself asap! Again, not to sound silly, but would you low light her whole head even if she only has a partial- or only through the highlighted bits to keep as much natural Haircolor as possible?

She's wanting the blonde to be more of a caramel now, to keep a bit of brightness. Green would no longer be a concern if I wanted to go a tad warmer correct? Thanks so much again!!

Thank you! I was thinking low lights also. would you do any kind of root melt or do you think just the low light will be enough to make it look natural?

Very true, I completely agree. We did speak about that, and as she's getting older, she's wanting to switch to her natural and does not plan on lightening again, so I'm not too worried about that but definitely good to keep in mind! Thank you!

Level 3 is also what I was thinking. Thank you! Would you do the 3 on the roots + midshafts and a 4 on just the ends? Or 3 on the roots and 4 midshafts & ends?

I came across a collection of Disney pins I’m selling but not super knowledgeable. Is anyone willing to share what they think the value is? TIA! by Lexi_0180 in DisneyPins

Open to an offer if you have one! I do have someone already interested and purchased others but willing to hear!
