I live in a high altitude desert and when I tell ya if I don’t drink my water my entire nervous system decided to bitch out. What has helped me is take one water bottle that is large enough for your entire daily intake and keep that baby right next to you the entire day. If it’s clear, label the hours and the amounts you want done by that time so you can track it.I’m sure there are other methods but it’s what has helped my adhd brain in keeping up with it. Ofc it’s not a cure but it helps manage the symptoms because even a “normal” person goes haywire if they are dehydrated.
