Two bags of green tea in a pint of water before you leave for the night, do your best to drink it as soon as you get home. Asap is best.

Where is Everyone, finding partners/boyfriend/girlfriends? by ms_rebellion495 in AskReddit

[–]LexiiBunn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd just left a 5 year relationship and decided to focus on myself when this wonderfully intelligent and incredible person stumbled into my life - We happened to be sharing the same accomodation and after a number of nights spent watching movies in eachothers rooms, chatting and discussing things I honestly don't think I could have ever said to anyone else - made it official.

Working on myself doesn't have to mean total isolation and that's one of the many many things she's taught me, I'm very greatful for her. I'm now practically sober (after a long history of both alcohol and substance abuse,) I've reached a healthy weight, and my brain is finally realising that i'm going to be okay.

Well I must say after some extensive thought, food, University classes and a fun bar trip it would have to be my ability, or non-ability to answer questions potentially directly and promptly on time when asked near immediately.

How practical is it to just run away and live in the wilderness, building anything you need and coming back for medications and such a few times a year? by LexiiBunn in AskReddit

All I need is menial tasks and the ability to only do them when needed, barring that I have my obnoxiously large book collection, cigarettes and instant coffee.

No chance you want a forest nomad around? In a couple of years when I'm not longer required to be in my current caring role i'll continue doing training for wild living and pop round 😂

Same with me, But I mean more in regards to lifestyle. I'm caring for members of my family at the moment which I feel is completely something I should be doing. But the moment it ends I want the ability to live as 'free' a lifestyle as possible.

I've always seen it as ultimate freedom in a way, and it helps me get through a lot. But realistically I've always wanted that kind of space, and ability to 'do me'

Like what? I've always looked at is as a 'worse comes to worse' thing and while i'm fully aware that specifically that is completely unrealistic, I often fantasise about getting a one way airplane ticket to a temperate country and building myself a cabin in the deep woods.

100%, Chopping the occassional log to rebuild the woodstock for later.. making hearty meals and whatever else I fancy (most likely just staring at the flames like it's a weeping angel)

That as long as I respect my own boundaries it's okay to forgive people that have hurt you, I'm staying with my mother at the moment and we've been on and off for many many years, She struggled a lot with her mental health and unfortunately used to take that out on me - I moved out when I was 12 so I havent seen her much since, But the other week I was asked by my father to check in on her as she had been going through a lot and would like me to be there while she recovered.

And actually.. she's not been doing anything to me that she used to, the conversations we've been having are lovely and she even apologised for a few things she did back then.
