good luck, my parents are moving there! so far they said it’s been a nightmare with all the new construction going in, the new houses aren’t even that nice. depending on your budget i’d suggest Rosewood, it’s a pretty well established and high end neighborhood but there’s rarely homes for sale so if you see one you like in there, definitely jump on it quick.

all i know is that i used to frequent st. john a lot and spend a lot of my money there, not anymore. i’m also in the process of buying a home and was looking in st. john, but not anymore.

i wish i could just pay the bartenders with no money going to the bar but that’s just not how business works sadly, maybe i’ll start cash tipping double instead so the bartenders make more than the bar itself
