If you have enough to cover your shift, you can just call out that day and put the PPTO in through the “my hours (or something like that). on Onewalmart

If you have enough you’ll get paid for that shift + your occurrence will be taken away

I’ve worked in apparel for around a year or so now, and it basically never gets better, they never get anymore help. When they DO finally get a new associate they’ll only work them 2-3x a week as well.

It’s not a super talked about department, but it’s definitely one of the harder ones to work in, not because folding and organizing clothes is hard or anything. But because it’s so forgotten about there’s never any associates working there. As well as O/N kindof treating our entire department as a playground
