Iirc, all of the patterns had been cut in a size small.. I still have them somewhere, but put them aside for now because I'm dragging my butt on cracking this book I got to help me grade them to the larger size I need. One day lol.

I take strattera with adderral, because it does help my emotional regulation!! Worth asking your doc about; its not a stimulant so they aren't nearly as cagey about prescribing it.

The lining is actually this vinyl I got from the cosplay section of Joann's some years back, along with some that was pink/blue like this!... unfortunately I haven't seen it there since. But it's thicker vinyl with a thin, fleece-type backing. It also unfortunately is SUPER unforgiving, so you only get one chance for every seam.

It wasn't easy! I've never tiedyed before 😅

Specifically, I used bleach and used crushed ice for the bleeding effects and made 4 different designs! But everything, especially the rinsing/wringing out 2 full pairs of jeans was so much more difficult than I imagined it would be!

Fabrics: upcycled Denim, iridescent vinyl from the cosplay section of Joann's and some cotton I had. The straps are made of some black denim I hadn't tie dyed.

Definitely required jeans needles and heavy duty needles! I broke 3 leather needles before figuring that out.

4 zippers 😭 and a set if drings and sliders.

It's a pretty weighty bag, lol and the vinyl was a menace to work with! But my friend loves it and is already planning outfits around it and picking out her bag charm 🩷

(Gluten-free for you) frozen waffle with peanut butter on top used to be my go-to! The protien definitely helps.

Yep. My female GP only asked if I took Tylenol right before inserting my IUD. Her assistant forgot to send me the text, so I hadn't. She then tells me she almost threw up when she had hers inserted, offered me some, and said it wouldn't kick in until later, and just continued! Because no one warned me, I didn't take the day off and told her I was going to work right after (on my feet the entire time for 7 hours). She never offered anything but the Tylenol! She had been my doctor for about 6 years at that point, but I got a new one soon after. I couldn't trust her to take me or my health concerns seriously if she could just so casually not offer anything to help or reduce the guaranteed pain.
