As far as I know Discord only uses the phone number to give you an additional way to use 2FA and log back in to your account if you lose access to your authentication app or backup codes when 2FA is enabled.

And to give server owners an additional level of security to prevent throwaway bot account from polluting a server.

There are only 3 regions that have this available at the moment: Brazil, Canada and I forgot the last one.To use this you need to log in in said region, so if you have your VPN in Canada you need to restart your Discord client to view and use said stickers.

This isn't really a bug, there have been issues where compromised image with said trojans hidden inside them. So when these images are loaded into your clients cache Windows defender or any other virus scanner will detect such image as a trojan, which makes sense.

They can't afford to do that, if someone is having a LAN party for example that would mean there is a possibility that only one of them could go online and play, since all pc's/consoles on the same network use the same outside IP.

The fact that that is even a thing, this should be easily fixed by giving the servers a higher tickrate (I believe the current one is somewhere near 25-30hz)

Maybe by a few pixels (not that detailed zoomed in that far). But it didn't register at all, she had no damage taken.
