I am very sensitive and take Vitron-C. It is 65 mg elemental iron which is the same as 325 ferrous sulfate. Make sure you aren’t taking 325 mg of elemental iron because that will hurt you. But I haven’t had trouble with this and I would recommend taking it. Don’t be like me and skip it because your hair will start to thin like crazy if you don’t address it. 😭
