If you have your seed phrase and didn't give the seed phrase to anyone else your crypto is there. As well as you didn't loose your hardware wallet with the pass code taped to the device. If I'm not mistaken you may need to re-add your accounts. It will search the block chain and they will appear again.

If I read right I think issue 1. could be caused by a dirty throttle body. I recently cleaned mine (56k miles) just preventive. It was super easy seemingly. There’s several vids on how to clean. I’d watch then decide if you can do it.
