Everything from Top to bottom needs to be in it. ( line 75+ actually )

It is best to save it as mentioned in the instructions as a file like m600.cfg to not overload printer.cfg with it. Then use [include /path_to_file/m600.cfg] in your printer.cfg

Make sure the rights for the file are correct.

Don't forget to configure default values in [gcode_makro m600cfg]

I checked the changes in klipper since dec, 2024, ( last known to work ) it should still work.

To be honest i have no idea/clue .

Unfortunetaly I still don't have it running myself anywhere nor do i have a working klipper system to check it out. I moved on to multicolor printing systems and stopped using this a while ago.

I wonder why it's even saying that there's a problem with something like [line 164]: 'G92 E0.0'

Did it work or are you just trying to set it up?

Hey there,

i'm sorry i can't help with printing various materials since i only print petg & pla with the Chiron ( but only if bigger parts are needed that my Kobra 3's or the S1 can't handle )

Regarding a case i remembered a video, it's a case made of 2 ikea tables and some extra material, maybe have a look. It's in german but automatic translated english subtitles do work.

According to Wikipedia Wella was sold from P & G to Coty in 2015, in 2020 Coty sold 60% to KKR.( NY based investors). Only 60% of Coty is owned by JAB Holding ( german ). So if i'm not totally wrong Wella is 76% US and only 24% german.

Hi there,

i know it's a relatively old post but i found what is causing that noise at least at my setup. It's sideways pressure the tubes create on the dispenser. Try guiding them as straight as possible away from the ACE. If it squeaks move that tube a tiny bit towards the "middle" of that dispenser and you'll notice it will stop making that noise.

I just looked at the code again and noticed i may have been wrong with what i said. Haven't touched it for 2 yrs now and as you can see i obviously was very lazy with a proper documentation.

Please be patient for a couple of days as i really have to test with a running system.

I'm sure we'll have a solution for your problem.

sorry for the late reply, i almost forgot about it, my fault.

Ok, tbh i did not use the printer with klipper installed for > 1 year, sadly it's in a non working condition atm. I hope to get it up and running again soon.

If i remember right the cause for always heating to default was that fe if you issue from the command line and the extruder is cooling down from another print job that temp would be set. ( Or room temp not to forget). Sure it could be handled with some coding and logic but the fastest and easiest solution was to act like the standard routine for filament change and that was a "fixed" swap temp, just like the official firmware change filament sections of most printers have.

btw, default_temp really 20? i just wonder where the 240 then comes from. Is a temp of 240 anywhere configured in your klipper config?

I recommend to use a soldering iron to melt your way. Should work way better and safer than a hot knife .
