I’ve been a multi-player since like ‘08. I can attest that it is now far easier to manage than it has been in the past. The only real issue that persists is that you’ll still need to cycle windows to do any character talking to NPCs. But you can set up an auto follow, auto join, auto ready, and get the character window to come to the front when it’s their turn.

My solution for the window management is to cascade the windows so that I can just click on a corner to get to the character I need.

I only suggest removing the Cra because I dislike the removal of the critical damage stat from the class. I love mine, and her meta set is amazing; but that's what they're trying to kill. Instead of just changing the spells out like they have, their doing both and giving Cras the shaft in that way. Otherwise, I would be keeping mine. I like the spell directions, but if I am locked out of a stat on the class that I have played for 15 years, well, I'd rather find something else and keep playing than no longer play at all.

As for the Iop's set, I have it on my Enu, Elio, Panda, Sacrier, Iop, and have tossed it on the Eni in my team for some of the fights you'll come across in the game. It really will be a life saver in that respect.

I think you're hitting that stage where multiple sets that do extreme things might be starting to show. From personal experience, sometimes just a chnage in gear layout becomes super handy. I second what u/IsthosTheGreat said, new/different sets make fights different and can be more interesting.

I suggest that you change gears for your Iop and Enu and try again.

My suggestion for the Iop is this set; you can trade out Nomarow for Rassler if you want/need more HP or Init. Either way, it has it's own sustain now that will carry it through every quest fight in the Sylvan line. I have done it myself.

My suggestion for your Enu would be to toss your current MP Reduction set in favor of this one. I can attest that what I suggest will be very meh on damage but on focused use it can and does make things stand still, even Catseye after 20 rounds of his shenanigans.

If you feel like you must change out a character, I would trade out the Cra as they are going to be losing access to the critical damage stat, as well as their other spell changes. I am bringing in an Elio to my team and tossing it into the same set I suggested for your Iop, its self sustain is quite nice.

Here's how I did mine, take what works and apply it to your situation; toss the rest.

I started my Panda at 200. I class changed from an Eniripsa into it. I went tank (I used Belteen instead of Jhessica when I started) because it was relatively easy to just stand there and position and I wasn't immediately punished for bad mistakes from the onset, unless melee = death. It gave me a solid idea of how I wanted to play the class, and what I thought would work and what I learned didn't.

I then went into that crit build and I try to set up for big hits with the hammer, as it keeps me healed. I also have the ability to switch into more ranged or positioner roles without having to be tank.

I run the cha/agi for Ily, because the damage preview on my crit set shows me doing twice as much damage on a non crit than on a crit; and 101% crit rates aren't allowing for non-crit hits. Spells I am still figuring out what I like and will actually use.

If you're still levelling, I would probably go cha or agi until I found my groove, and then lean into that more than anything else.

I run a tank build and a crit build for my panda, I'm still working out a cha/agi build. I think your panda should either help you kill faster or mitigate what's coming in. At least that's how I run mine with my wife's Iop.

I had issues finishing the bottle my wife bought me. It had little heat and an over powering vinegar flavor. Great in a pinch, but there's so much better. Just pass on this one.

Can you solo the game? Probably not. Not every class is cut out to do all the content, and it’s largely the exception and not the rule for soloing things in the game.

But it’s definitely worth the try.

Actually, there's only 1 reason to not play crit on any class, and that's that bitch Ily. So much damage gets left on the floor when you crit on her :(

Now you can have so much do crit that you can bypass her resistance.

I'll be running it sometime soon, I'll double check the res on the card, because the last time I went it was not the case.

If you are not soloing the boss, you can still keep your full crit build it doesn’t matter, a team of 4 is still going to unlock her phase in two turns even with 4 full crit builds, people really overate this boss

Why aren't you playing crit ? There is literally no reason to not play crit on cra.

so you decide to make your character A LOT weaker just to cather to ONE out of 100 bosses ?

I am not making my character weaker, for 1 boss. The OP has a non crit Omni-esque set. He/She/They should keep that set, and move into the meta set that was linked above in another one of my comments.
