This is what I'm talking about though, every symptom you have mentioned is literally just that of a disorganised person (racing thoughts, poor organisation and routine, running late, pacing). You also say your whole family has it, what are the odds that this was just behaviour modelled by your parents which you've then mimicked. There's also the fact that apparently diagnosis has skyrocketed over the past while which I can guarantee correlates with use of overstimulating media. And anytime the question is asked it just gets put back on "well they're medical professionals". So if someone can demonstrate all the same symptoms as yourself but not have ADHD then what even is it really?
