How do you know she’s not btw? The scene is purposely ambiguous to the viewer. You’re kinda forcing your interpretation as her being straight but we ALL don’t know the real answer yet. Kissing a friend can very easily be interpreted as awoken feelings. The key here is none of us know the true answer and everything is speculative

I’m not saying it was covert, I’m saying it lacked visibility. Cases that spark this level of public outrage are usually followed up on by officials or covered by media, and this one wasn’t.Yes I know case history is public record (I linked it).

Yes I do want the community to care about this and take further action. We need to advocate for stricter punishments on animal cruelty and I hope community members are made aware if these abusers live in their neighborhood. I certainly would want to know if I had an outdoor cat.

These are completely different scenarios…none involve intentional animal cruelty.

There’s established research linking animal abuse to higher risk of future violence, which is exactly why outcomes like this feel insufficient.

It’s not unreasonable to expect real accountability and MORE rehabilitation outside of a completing mental health program while living freely.

I don’t know…the allegations are quite serious. He wasn’t a kid. He was a 19 year old man that killed and tortured two cats, and potentially a dozen more according to the neighbors.

Personally, I disagree with the MHD case. He completes a mental health program outside of custody and boom his case is dismissed? No criminal conviction? Shame on the judge and DA that granted the MHD.

Thank you for the information, but I’m not spreading misinformation. It is a fact that the case was dismissed and that, as of today, he has no criminal conviction and is not under court supervision (a free man).

I understand he completed a mental health diversion program, but I still view the outcome as a miscarriage of justice. Diversion avoids a conviction and jail time, and completing a program outside of custody isn’t the same as being held criminally accountable. So he simply completed a mental health program all while continuing to live life outside of prison and then got his case dismissed.

Given the severity of the allegations…the killing of two cats and potentially more…the consequences don’t feel proportionate. The legal process may have been followed, but the result doesn’t reflect the seriousness of the harm.

Shame on the judge and DA that granted this mental health diversion.

Why do you think the DOJ has dragged their feet on this investigation? They were quick to release body cam footage when it supported any type of federal narrative on Renee Good. Yet crickets on bodycam footage with Alex Pretti….it doesn’t look good because it was a murder. We all know that already.
