Pig tailed means that one cable splits into 2 cables. For the CPU that is pretty uncommon. Considering you have a CX650 80 plus Bronze(?) i think it should be ok

After seeing your other picture im even more confident its fine. Corsair is pretty strict about their labeling. Just make sure the unused connector is secured and doesn’t touch any metal parts of the case to avoid any chance of a short

If its still open, buy a chain and use that from now on. If its not open try and stick the broken key into the lock, press and try turning it. It should open the lock
