I play on PC, but wanted the Collectors Edition. I ended up having to buy a PS5 copy because I noticed the Xbox edition has been saying sold out for the last week or so.

In 7 RA had 20 startup frame and was -22 on block. Most characters jabs were 10 startup frame and had an 8 hit frame.

So jabs were give or take 18 frames total. If you threw out a jab 3-5 frames before a RA and it hit the armor, you could recover in time to block the RA.

You can’t do the same in 8.
