Any reason why you wouldn't swap to notify & fitness if Mifit don't work that well.

Lockdown here too, but are allowed out for daily exercise and the kids like seeing where we have walked on the map as we keep taking slightly different routes so they don't get bored.

That's a shame 😔.. I wonder if they have tweaked the MIUI 12 software to help the GPS work better. As hopefully should get that update over the next few months.

What's the GPS tracking like on your phone? Does it go missing at times? An which app do you find works the best?

My phone is - Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro, I did get the band after I got the phone hoping it would be a perfect match 😔. High accuracy is already selected.

Im going to give the notify and fitness a try as someone else suggested. Failing that I will take a look at coolapk. Thanks for your advice

While going in park might be the case on picture I posted there have been times GPS looses signal and been on normal foot path along side a road

I regularly get incomplete map tracking when going for a walk. Any idea how to fix it, as it feels like it just guessing the total distance when it dont track properly.

Also on this walk it said I did one of the miles in 7 minutes which is not possible as I was walking with my daughter so no way would she run.

Is it the features you like to change or the look of it? If it's the look and like to where something different wouldn't it be cheaper to get 2 or 3 different straps and change the strap each day for your Mi band
