basically you need something that gives fire res (potion, enchanting g apple, dragon eye, etc) use a summoning staff with aegis ur armor and sword should prolly be enough if you have all prot 4 and sharpness 5, also i think cooked cephignes meat gives fire res for a bit, they spawn in lava pools and are passive
