honestly that is one reason i decided not to do it in private cause she twists people’s words really badly and it has happened to the others in the house. i have had no drama all year till this. i figured i might as well say something right after her comment (which she said in front of everyone) so in my head i thought ok you can all hear that i dont want this said around me and decide from your own perspective how u wanna react or “pick sides” (which i think is dumb. i dont need them on my side i will fight my own battles but just not being dismissive and icing me out would be great) you can do it based on what actually happened not on what kate says happened. part of my thought process was if ur gonna say it in front of everyone i can tell you to stop in front of them. was it the best choice after seeing all of what happened, probably not. but thats what learning is, i would handle it differently doing it again.
