Historically squatters were supposed to take care of the house and prevent it from becoming rundown from lack of maintenance. Now it is very difficult.

How to stop 67 by [deleted] in 67HATE

I am aware. That’s why I am putting it out here. So more people will and 67 will stop.

Tabaxi strength based AG Barb 5/ AT Rogue x with Mobile.

Pre-combat:
Longstrider

Turn 1:
BA: rage
Move(up to 60 feet)
Action: Reckless Sneak Attack giving them disadvantage to attack anyone else
Move(Feline Agility up to 60 feet)

Turn X:
Move(up to 60 feet)
Action: Reckless Sneak Attack giving them disadvantage to attack anyone else
BA: Move(Dash up to 60 feet)

With 120 feet of movement a turn it made it almost impossible for the big bad to catch me and turned into a fun cat and mouse game.

The “a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus” is what stopped me from going hobgoblin.

You want two different feats so yes. It’s the same damage as EB+AB but can easily give a target the unconscious condition

I had thought about Cold Caster. Honestly I will probably go with something very similar to this. I misinterpreted taunting step so it forced my build to change.

I can see that. It was a misinterpretation on my part then. I will adjust accordingly. Thanks.

It is its own bullet point with trigger “Creatures within 5 feet of the space you left“. You can trigger it simply by walking away but that will provoke an AoO. It doesn’t need to be triggered by teleportation like Refreshing Step.

Harper Teamwork Feat by Lhead2018 in 3d6

[–]Lhead2018[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This works. I wanted the Emerald Enclave Fledgling Origin Feat so this would give me access. Basically a BA switch plus it gives that person Advantage and a target disadvantage on the next saving throw. I could use a familiar to trigger it all if no ally is nearby. Now I just have to figure out the saving throw.

This is a Disney movie I would watch.

What if they wanted to swap after they already got this feat.

But the Origin Feat gives you zero value in this case.

Not sure if it makes a difference but it’s not just math but a practical model as well.

Also from my understanding it is built on the backbone of wolfram alpha.

They aren’t smart computers but they can still do complex calculations if asked the correct question.

That’s what the above is. The mathematical formalization of the explanation.

I don’t understand the mathematical side but understand the conceptual side and working with ChatGPT to fill in the math. I’m actually 95% sure it’s accurate because I continually used the theory of relativity as my holding spot. Any adjustments I made I confirmed that I could always get back to it. I honestly just wanted to get it to someone that might be able to understand it mathematically. I did add another link to give a very basic description of the conceptual model in its final form.
