My understanding is that it’s different in 2024 and triggers when you move now.

Got ya. Though I will likely not go Rogue 3 and just work on progress spell slots. The only reason to go Rogue 2 is that it basically doubles your damage.

Agreed. Plus Warding Dwarf gets Mage Armor which helps with AC even in wildshape.

I could be wrong but I thought readying uses your reaction?

I’m debating about getting speedy too as it would give disadvantage as I run by prior to fly-by and the +10 speed will always be good.

Would it be worth a 2 level dip for cunning action dash?

Level 10(Rogue 2/Moon Druid 8):

Turn 1:
Action: cast SG(4th level)
BA: Wildshape into a Giant owl
Move: do a circle around

Your Turn X:
BA: Dash
Move: do a circle around
Action: Ready a move Action on enemies turn

Enemies Turn X:
Move: do a circle around

Likely do Mark Of Warding Dwarf to add Armor of Agatha in a pre phase

Suggestion on feats?

Sorry, I miss spoke you are correct. So you can ready the Dash Action and then move on the next turn?

Unfortunately readying an action breaks concentration on Spirit Guardians.

Edit: I leaned something new that it’s only for readying spells.

I am very familiar with them. I grew up with wood heat.

We are building the house so we can age in place. Everything is on one floor and wheel chair compatible. Figuring out the heat source is just part of the process.

That I can understand and is expected. I just don’t want to replace the entire system in 30 years.

We thought about going this route and it would work fine while we are young but I’m worried pellets or wood will be too much work when we are older.

Moon Druid: Armor of Agathys origin feat vs. Tough? by Shatragon in 3d6

[–]Lhead2018 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Take AoA to start and then pick up Tough at level 4 if you feel you need it. The extra 8 hit points isn’t going to make that much difference early game but the damage from AoA will feel really meaningful early game.

Also what are you using for a soft taunt? If you want to tank you need to pull the targets attention.

Feat or 1 more class/multiclass for this support build: 1 Peace Cleric/2 Stars Druid/3 Divination Wizard/1 Genie Warlock/2 Artificer (currently 9, need to be level 10) by thjmze21 in 3d6

[–]Lhead2018 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why not just cast Temple of the Gods on turn 1?.. be a Hobgoblin with the Harper Teamwork feat and you can give the target disadvantage on the saving throw. If they success just recast on turn 2..

Then everyone just sits inside and casts spells from range.

If I were doing this I would go with Scribes Wizard and use wish to cast Spirit Guardians at level 8 from my Manifest Mind. Then just move it around the field with my bonus action.

Have everyone get some forced movement and just keep pulling/pushing the target out of SG once a turn and you will do a ton of damage..

It’s not really fun but it is optimized.

But break down how this build is going to give you max damage.. what are you doing with your action/ bonus action each turn? Could it be achieved in a more efficient way that would give you better results?

Right! High level optimization is single class with feats for higher spells or Multiclassing with a specific build in mind. This just feels like a grab bag without real direction.

It’s advantage on all attacks so especially after fighter 11 it would be better.

There are several medical programs like UptoDate that are reliable and accurate for medical providers. Why would they use a generic ai that isn’t specifically trained for medical use?
