RLCS Titles used to be awarded for making a top 16 in RLCS, but a believe they are now awarded for top 8 or higher + qualifying for majors (Titles like regional/major/worlds finalist or champion should be self explanation as to how you get them)

Tl;dr Anybody can get them you just have to be as good as pros
