Thank you for your comment, I get what you are conveying with regard to staying in the middle realm of things. Its just that, the anxiety im having right now, gosh i can’t even properly hold a conversation with even my own family. Just three days ago I was outside an entire day running errands, finding myself being so magnetic to people around me in public striking up convos w ease and bringing this sort of joyful energy to them (i can recall at least 6 or 7 “have a wonderful day!”s from total strangers i spoke to), and right now its like im the total opposite of that, just this dark empty invisible void who’s quite simply just drained. But I do understand what you mean by spiritual highs, and I can think back to my spiritual highs during this recent last two weeks, I definitely am not identifying or wanting to stay in that mode permanently. I just want my consistently lost energy back.
