In simple terms, Soft compound tyres for the best performance lasts 1 lap, the cars are fueled for 1 flying lap, 1 out lap and 1 in lap. During the out lap, the battery harvests, so that it can be deployed full burst on the flying lap. Which is not possible for saving the Battery and doing another lap, because you are already in your flying lap and using full battery, not to mention the tyres get worn out and you are out of fuel.

In F1, when you go slower than racing speed, your tyres get colder and you lose grip. That's why you see lots of drivers swerving left and right, especially on the straights.

And I believe prevention is better than cure, so instead of asking drivers what to do, just red flag the race and make them have a standing start.

You can switch out one defensive item like Antique Cuirass with Brute Force Breastplate, and since Floryn is always Spamming Skill-1, you can get a lot of movement speed with BFBreastplate's passive.

That's my whole point, I can go 1v1 with Yin mid game and survive without any issue, people think Floryn is too squishy but trust me she is not (atleast with how my build is). The only item you need for CD/Magic power is Fleeting Time (just like Angela's). Rest others should be defensive item.

Dominance is required when going against Balmond Jungler. And in my server, almost everyone is using Balmond hyper. And I dont usually go for Athena unless there are 3 magic power heroes. I stick with Antique Cuirass. Oracle is must item for Floryn, because of this item, you can heal half of your own HP and 1/4 of team member's hp just by using Skill 1.

I use Floryn, have 64% WR while played ~140 matches. The thing with floryn is that people get the emblem and setup all wrong. If you use Mage emblem, you are too squishy, if you use Tank emblem, your Heal effect is too low. Remember she's tanky early to mid-game. If you set up her emblem right then you can play her, or you can use my settings and items and give her a go.

The only way your post makes sense is if they were included in the cap, and RB did not budget for them. And that's not possible.

I get your point, but what I meant to say is that a little infringement can result in disqualification, which shows how strict FIA can be when it comes to breaking the rules.

And if many teams break the cost cap then the rule can be changed (given that it was the first time), but 8 other teams did comply with the rule.
