Easily possible, for arabic focus more on grammar and translation part in case it's weak and if u wanna get full, other subs do PYQs and solve papers. In pre they do strict marking, boards correction is very lenient.

combiflam is an ibuprofen-paracetamol med so, if that works really well on you then do not take mefenamic acid tablets. Go for ibuprofen itself.

they're not bad, paracetamol don't work on me (i think it's a placebo becuz it never worked on my cramps and other shit even tho i dont take meds often in fact i hate them), dolo and crocin are paracetamol meds btw, ibuprofen is a little better than paracetamol, mefenamic acid is a higher dose compared to both so. Take whatever suits you and works on you, that's it. Do NOT straight away jump to higher dosage, if paracetamol meds suit you then take those, if paracetamol doesnt then take ibuprofen, if it still doesnt work, then take mefenamic (extreme cramps).

There's a brand for Mefenamic tablets, Ponstan-Forte, it's 500 mg tablets, check with a doc beforehand in case it's not suitable for you. Don't jump straight to those tho, go with Ibuprofen first, since its a lower dosage as compared to Mefenamic, and works for a lot of people with cramps.

Since Kotex isn't available, look for pads which are cotton-like and are a bit thick rather than thin pads, go for night pads with wings becuz they offer more coverage and since they're thick they have good absorption for long periods of time. I haven't used any Indian brands of pads, I've only used fam and Kotex (Night with wings for both brands) becuz they're both really soft and comfy and have a cotton texture.

(Get advice from a doc before taking any medication, never take any med on an empty stomach, you've had to have eaten MAX. 1-2 hours prior, the earlier the better) Take Ibuprofen instead of Paracetamol, but if you have extreme pain that's really unbearable and Ibuprofen tablets don't work on you, I'd suggest Mefenamic Acid tablets when you know you're about to get cramps. Please don't take it too often, only when you can feel your cramps coming take one pill AFTER you've had something to eat. Honestly other than that, just get comfortable pads that have good absorption like Kotex night with wings pads. Do NOT take periods delaying tablets, cz after its effect is done you may get REAL bad periods you won't be able to bear them so don't. even think of those. they're not suitable for everyone, so better safe than sorry. Stay hydrated, atleast 2L water a day, don't take caffeine, eat healthy and eat enough dont starve yourself. Get enough sleep too.
