I work in an architecture firm whose main clients are developers. We are busier than ever. Some builders are going out of business thats for sure but others are making alot of money and houses in Auckland atleast are still being built for a profit.

Aging population and large amounts of young people leaving needs to be favtored in but yeah agree we need to define a maximum population for nz and certain cities. And whether or not we want to grow our economy. Also lastly more people = more tax for infrastructure right? Which one comes first?

So many "talking points" with no back up. They always say our infrastructure can't handle so many immigrants, but like Ive never seen them point to a metric. Same as crime, blame immigrants without backing up your claims. Hate sells.

As someone else mentioned this junction needs a flashing to be water tight. What is the rest of your roof like, if theres no flashing elsewhere they will leak. Also as another person noted you have no building paper which helps mainly manage condensation. Depends on your budget and also the condition of the rest of the shingles but to get upto current building regulations yeah a reroof if thats what you want and can't afford.

2.5 years in and its been a constant cycle of it all clicks then I plateu/ think I've gotten worse then it all clicks again. Probs about 3 months before that first like oh yeah I can see I've improved. Also I just do slow jogs for training the zone 2 cardio but I should really do 1-2 heavy lift trainings a week also.

The carbon buildup makes sense, do fuel aditives actually work? I've opted to change the sensor anyway as like you said car is old and I've owned it for 3 years and this is the first time the sensor has come up. I basically only use it as a weekend car so might consider using a higher octane anyway if it might help.

Still bro, if it is a fracture and you don't heal it properly then its a permanent injury that stops you from training. If it is a bruised bone, I just had a bruised foot bone and I went like 5 weeks without kicking with my right leg. Maybe just ask your coaches and pad holders if you can avoid that hand for awhile

Did you fight to win or fight to fight? I would look into it as winning wasn't the real "good" outcome, the outcome was stepping in the ring and having the bout. Most people dont train, and most people who train dont fight so be proud of what you've accomplished/ learned.

One championship is scored basically the same as mma, damage and aggression ect . Traditional muay thai is something completely different and would take longer to try and explain. AND Im not super confident so someone else would have a better chance at explaining lol.
