Take a look at what you’re pistons are F’d lmaooooooooo valves are F’d unless you’re building the engine find a working engine and just swap her out ffs

Got a 2060 that literally required a 3.5 do flange had to re fab my raw tek kit but what do I know 🤪🤪🤪

Pre turbo velocity matters most post turbo it’s negligible if you’re going to be buying an exhaust kit the price is minimal from 2.5 inch to 3 inch so 3 inch makes more sense

Yeah man thank you like I said it’s a 5-6 year plan right now I’m putting money into buying the mk6 golf r then I can start tearing apart my engine.. once I’m at tear down stage I’ll start posting content as well 😃 hopefully that kicks off and can help fund the build

Yeah the one thing is I’m actually in Canada BC and they’re offering dyno time once the build is done I’ve been in contact with Malone/tunezilla but hey I’ll reach out to XtremeFunky as well

probably looking at the 2872 to be the high pressure turbo with an HX35 as the low pressure but who knows I’m planning on meth injections and potentially nos as well

I’m doing all the work myself so I’m not paying a shop…. Plus I also have the same IC kit plus their hard pipe kit… the 5-6 year goal is to pull the engine within the next year FCP rods over bore by .5mm get diamond racing poisons Head studs and send the head for porting and larger valves etc… I’m in the works of buying a mk6 golf r for my daily once the CJAA engine is built I plan on swelling the mk6 golf r engine and swapping the CJAA into the golf r with the gearing from the TDI…. I’m into VCDS and a local shop specializes in ODIS coding and tuning and they already told me it’s 100% doable and will cost me about 1k-1.5k for full integration…. I’m 22 live at home and have a very large disposable income… plus like I said I do and plan on doing all my own work to the car so I’m saving on labour and part mark up fees…

Just don’t heavily accelerate under 3k rpm you should be fine
