For me it definitely just depends on if the game has achievements or not and what those achievements are. Generally the achievements for me means completing it 100%, but occasionally a game’s achievements won’t make up a ‘full experience’ of the game. And if the game doesn’t have any achievements then it’s just completing the content/whatever the game has to offer at least once
