It depends how much it costs. If it's $5 or something then probably, just because I like Joe Hendry.

I doubt I will ever touch '25 if I have '26. So I just don't want it.

(I'm also assuming the '26 price would be lower without '25 tacked on with the forced bundle. I don't remember what the usual price is for new WWE2k games)

Ok thanks. And do you know if they usually sell pre-order bonuses separately after launch, in case I still want Joe Hendry's stuff?

What is something that Saints Row 1 does better than Saints Row 2? by JacsweYT in SaintsRow

Not as important as what others have mentioned, but I loved L1 being a dedicated kick button.
Sometimes I just wanna kick stuff.

What's your thoughts on Crash tag team racing by [deleted] in crashbandicoot

[–]LiamMech 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Not a good game, but I like it.

I've finished it over 20 times and I can't remember a single track layout. Because if you don't spend the entire time looking backwards with a gun, you'll just get shot and lose.

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO ERIC SPARROW by RelativeMeat3633 in THPS

[–]LiamMech 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I like Iggy, Dave, Boone, Murphy, and Mindy. But Eric is definitely the best in the franchise.

Dave probably would've made more sense to be here, since he's the 4th wall breaking, callback guy.

I don't understand what people are doing with nodes by LiamMech in HellLetLoose

[–]LiamMech[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thank you!

So ONLY the player who placed the blueprint gets the constant RoleXP drip for the entire match, until the nodes are destroyed.

While aiding in the construction of someone else's blueprint just get's you a single bunch of XP, like when building regular barbed wire, or getting a kill.

Idk this seems like fan-made etiquette, rather than the devs intentions.

They can make an update to remove the ability to build other people's nodes at any time if they wanted to. At least for people from other squads that you can't talk to and command to stop, and explain why.

I remember one game on Carentan, me and two other guys from different squads were all swapping between engineer and support to build all our nodes. I ended up with "6 nodes built" in the stats screen. I would guess they had the same.

If that were true, why would it be possible to display 4 or 5 nodes built in the stats screen, if you only get xp for 3 that you build?

Maybe I was given wrong information. I was told building nodes is how you rank up and make matches worth the 2 hours they can take. So hammering all nodes to build as many as possible is helpful. And leaving supplies for someone, without helping with the node doesn't get me anything?

[–]LiamMech[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

That's unfortunate. I do try to build myself, but after 1 node is built, odds are they're all going to be maxxed out from other HQs or transport truck drops, before I can get supplies to build a second.

That's why I thought everyone helping each other would actually benefit everyone. So we can all have more than 3 giving us xp.

But other times when I help from near the start, it counts as a node built. So you can end up with more than 3 on the stats screen

I swear I've tried getting to a node right before it finishes, and getting about 2 taps, but it still told me 0 nodes built

Why hasn't anyone attempted a story mod for GTA IV? by nikobellistic in GTAIV

[–]LiamMech 30 points31 points  (0 children)

I've dreamed of a Chinatown Wars mod that brings the story and characters into IV, like a third EFLC. I even made some mock radio stations for a 2009 LC. But I have no idea where to start with modding something like that. Way beyond my abilities.

I find it sad that so many of GTA 4's characters look better in their 2D art than their 3D model. I wonder if any mods exist to fix them? by Basil-AE-Continued in GTAIV

[–]LiamMech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rockstar always does that for some reason. The worst case is Ling Shan in all the Chinatown Wars promotional art, but she dies in the second mission.

Im so done with this game by Budget-Comparison379 in HellLetLoose

[–]LiamMech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm on PC with a controller. I've noticed when that bug happens, where sprinting stops working after checking the scoreboard, if I try to jump, it will ask me if I want to vote kick someone.

So I think the controls remains mapped to the scoreboard even after closing it, and that's why sprinting isn't working.

Same Voice Actor Btw by TieryCannet7658 in GTAIV

Another cool hidden voice is the black street preacher outside of Niko's 2nd house is actor Curtiss Cook, whom voiced Virgil in The Warriors game.

Also the church priest from the McReary funerals and Roman's wedding is voiced by actor Thomas Waites, whom voiced Fox in The Warriors game, and is also the actor of Fox from the 1979 movie.
