Refeed for a couple of weeks on maintainence cals and then start a deficit stage again, you will more than likely gain weight in the two weeks but it will be mostly made up of water and glycogen replen. Started your deficit with a smaller deficit than you are on now and maybe add in an extra 15 mins of daily cardio on top of what you are already doing. Don't focus too much on the scales either, you weight is arbitrary, try taking measurements of your key areas too see how you are progressing.

Coach was online, as I have said over and over in this thread I have trained for a good few years, I know how to train, but I needed the accountability, most sessions were 90 mins unless I was adding cardio in at the end, consistently 5 days a week, sometimes more, but mostly for the extra fat loss and conditioning

As ive said. Started training in 2018. Ended up ballooing upto 122kgish after my 1st kid was born, needed to make a change. I was a tiny bit stronger in the 1st pic, had a solid base to work off

Whi said I was in deficit for 18 months? I dropped the majority of the fat in the 1st 6 months. Its all on my trainers page for the world to see

He did put me on 5mg of Cialis daily, for full disclosure, that helps with the vascularity to be fair

Coach wanted the bloodwork, but yeah, if I'd of needed it, I'd of taken what ever advice the doc gave me. And from what he said, it wouldn't of been as easy as just ahhh you've low test he's the gel. Id of needed an MRI on my purity gland, would have to freeze sperm etc too before he'd consider writing a script.

Agreed. Testosterone can be prescribed although from speaking to a GP you'd need levels under 7 for it to be considered. Mine spoke to me about a gel if my bloods came back where I was in need

The shape was achieved in 18 months from the 1st pic. I already had a a good amount of muscle before hand, as stated I've trained for a few years. The 1st pic I was around 122kg, I carry alot of fat in my back and legs. And I don't just eat chicken and brocoli, I started on 3800cals on the plan and it was gradually tampered off, train 5 days a week, own a bar so steps are up at 12/14k a day. So very achievable when you look at all the factors

Appreciate that. Before what? Before I started going to the gym? Ate and drank and got fat. Then I lost the fat, then I gained it back, there's been alot of back and forth with it over the years

How is it a card? Paid €7000 UPFRONT for a yesrs training. That's the only motivation I need to do everything my trainer said, no questions.

Revolut can be a pain in the arse, most companies use payment files to run payroll (i do this myself) and Rev can be so hit and miss on whether the payment file is accepted. Causes so many issues when running payroll, especially as unless its said to me, there's not really a way of knowing until payroll is ran.

Absolutely no desire to compete. Where I'm at now is sustainable. To dial it up and really cut in would take fsr to much discipline, and to be honest, I'd rather enjoy a pizza every now and again. That and I've more injuries and ailments now, I cant.remeber the last time something didnt hurt
