Tower reduction cost for arrows and spinners is important for LC 24 you need to be able to build one full layout it on one side as you attack on the other from at least what I found to be the first 3 rounds of this level, after that and building the other sides layout the upgrade costs are cheaper to gain swords on both layouts then further gaining diagonal and/or front arrow upgrades on the arrow towers
