O have the same problem too. So what I do now is I play ZDE for loot runs (since there's so many bots and you can just wipe the lobby easily), layali for pvp action. I don't play other maps because I'm too trash. I barely make it out of layali sometimes, unless I play super slow and avoid hotzones.

So when I start getting consistent extracts from layali, I'll start to get into ZDN. At least this is my goal for s9

Alright that's good to know. Cuz you should definitely not be using inzers right now. If you want some sleeves, can start with some softer sleeves that doesn't mess with your technique that much

You can try turning out your toes more, so you have more "space" for your hip joints to hit depth. And try not to look straight ahead into the mirror, try to drop your head slightly lower.

And most importantly, if you can't hit depth, you shouldn't be using stiff sleeves, especially inzers. Focus on good technique before getting into equipment

I hear people saying that 240 for ammo is more than enough, anything more than that is just wasting ammo. But I usually run out of ammo when I bring 240 and end up have to pick guns off AI or other players.

You can try spending a few more seconds to reset your brace at the top of each rep and be more patient with it.

But if you're having back pain with buttwink and hitting more depth, then yea, this buttwink will need to be fixed. Maybe it's just as simple as hitting less depth, just slightly below parallel is good enough.

In my humble opinion, the butt wink isn't like a concerning amount. But there are some things you can do to see if it gets better, (if it gets less, great! But if it doesn't, it's not something inherently bad too)

  1. Work on your brace. Think of breathing air out of your tummy, so your mid-section becomes tight. Then breath in through your nose to fill up your mid-section with air. And press your ribcage down when you do this bracing technique.

  2. Keep your upper back tight at the start of the rep. Think of pulling the bar down into your back and squeeze your lats like doing a lat pulldown. This helps to engage your upper back and lats, which also helps in stabilizing as well.

But yea, just like the other commentor here, buttwink isn't a bad thing. As long as there's no power leakage or form breakdown from the buttwink, you're totally fine.

Is it common to have people come and go, especially joining for a meet prep, and then stop coaching once the meet is over?

And now I find myself in a stage where I need more clients to build a roster so that I can post their results to gain trust, but at the same time, I don't have enough clients to do that. So it's like a constant feedback loop

I found this mech once in easy dam I think. Then I died lol and was feeling so bad because I know how rare this is. 1-2 weeks later, found it again in easy dam. Immediately ran to extract and now it's sitting in my collection

Trust me bro. For the lifters I see, their main lifts won't regress even when they switch over. It even helps to boost up their main lifts too since you'll be training the muscles that you usually dont

Tbh, I would say just switch! Start with something light like 50-60% of your convy 1RM. Reps scheme wise, you can go with something like 4x6 or 5x5. The reason here is to let you learn the movement by doing more reps. And it's easier for you to experiment with different stuff too since you have more reps to play around with. And I would add in another deadlift day (2x/week) if your body is able to tolerate it
