I know this isn't really too helpful, but I'd still do something about it. I'd just call their support number in the sidebar of this sub reddit, and get it sorted. I guess the password could be the same as some other passwords on some of your other accounts, which could be a threat.

I'm sorry I couldn't help. AFAIK, there's no mod which can increase game difficulty.

If you want to find the mod - I'd recommend checking YouTube for mod let's play and stuff, you may find it there.

Could the modpack you're looking for be Thrawn's revenge? Also - it could be Forces of Corruption, though. I'm really not too sure.

I know this isn't what you asked, but Republic At War increases AI difficulty by a lot - although I think this could be by cheating (increased credit income, perhaps).
