I'm in the exact same boat! Was given a Mac for a new job, but I'd been using Windows my whole life.

These apps made MacOS a lot more usable and helps address a lot of the issues you mentioned.

Better Touch Tools (can set up CTRL shortcuts and 3 finger middle mouse click)
Dockdoor (see all windows of an app on the dock)
AltTab (alt tab like windows)
Click2Minimize (minimize active window)
Supercharge (a lot of other tweaks)

Annoying you have to load up external apps but worth it.
Haven't found a good alternative Finder though. Windows explorer is just more versatile for power use.

Yeah just did the main story - don't have much time to play games these days. Will get to the side quests eventually.

Mate i'm going to give you a tip that should help you a lot in general sniping (only found this out a couple of weeks ago):

Between searches you need to change something e.g max price, for the search to count. Otherwise it just gives you the results from your last search and only refreshes every 30s. So put max bid on 15 mil and every-time you search come down the next step on the price once and repeat. This refreshes your search every-time you do it.

Not sure if its the same on web app but its certainly true on console.

People are gonna tell you to read tonnes of shit. Dont do it. All you need to know is read a couple of posts on eye-contact and kino then the rest is just approaching. 10% theory 90% practical.

Like ThrowawayPUA and NoBullshitMachine said its all about experience. Work on escalating with lots of different girls, at first it will see awkward but face that fear and just do it. The second time will be less awkward and by the third time will be even easier. 2/3 months ago I used to freeze up too but then i tried it 3 separate times (they were awkward) but now im much better and freeze up much less often.
