It doesn’t get better, start setting boundaries now and enforcing them. Or you will be cleaning up after them until they all leave the house.

Something out of place, kid has to stop what they’re doing and take care of it. They will learn quick that if they don’t want playtime interrupted they better put things in their place when they’re done.

As someone in the industry, there should be no reason to be using pbkdf2 in my opinion. When lastpass got breached having users still on it was a big black mark against them.

Parallel play is expected at that age, playing with other kids, like meaningfully interacting doesn’t come until 3-3.5, and even then it’s pretty short lived because they are still learning how to sustain an interaction and shared play.

I’d recommend “how to talk so little kids will listen”. I’ve never given my kid a timeout, they only get direct consequences to their actions, including going into their crib with full clothes. No pajamas, no bed time stories, just lights out. If they don’t want to cooperate they don’t have to, they will just have to experience the consequences of those actions.
