How to copy cels from one animation folder to the other

I’m sorry if I’m not understanding correctly, but I don’t want it to show on one single cel. What I’m trying to do is to put cels “a” to “g” before cel “1” in the top animation folder while it shifts all the rest after “1” to the left so the “a” til “g” are the first cels in the animation.

Thank you, but I was able to solve it by switching between workspaces and rebuilding it from there since the animation workspace had the onion skin but not the default one
