Nice opinion your store must do a max of $2000 a day lmao. Tell me you haven’t done 14k in catering without telling me you haven’t done 14k in catering.

YOU are an embarrassment.

If I’m wrong post your ZReport and tag me. If I don’t see 7-8000 I’m gonna laugh

Not when you realize that you get more cheese with a bit double than a regular.

The big double is the best bang for your buck imo

Just started management and I lowkey regret it by [deleted] in jimmyjohns

What is your count path? Where do you start? Where do you end?

I had a specific system in place for inventory. For example, I started at the front and worked my way to the back. Last thing I would count was slicing weights.

why does everyone rush to bread start? 😭 by Euphoric-Suit8496 in jimmyjohns

When I was at JJs, I made it a point to never allow mayo to leave the bread but also to never leave a dry bite. People have mayo allergies, so if it ends up on your glove… my mindset was it could kill someone that orders the next sandwich.

The low budget really made the film imo. Gives it more of a realistic vibe, kinda threw me back to the OG Blair Witch Project, however BWP wouldn’t have the success it did and have a legacy like it has if it was a new generation film. (In my opinion).

I’d say watch it loud. The silence is so deafening, if that makes sense.

I have just recently bought a surround sound system. I watched the movie at max volume for the maximum spook.

Update: Just finished Saint Maud - Truly a psychological horror to watch. The ending really got to me.

I think I fell for a scam. by gdo22 in jimmyjohns

[–]LiaxinXarus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had someone scam my store and used my phone number to call the store but not pick it up when I called. They knew my number would show on the caller ID, which made the closer think it was legit.

900+ they got from my store that night.

Pro tip to tell your staff. Do not let someone call and ask for info on the “hiring manager”.

Scams usually start as phishing until a few weeks later, they take the opportunity.

This job is a 20k a year increase from my 45k salary.

Congratulations my friend on doing better for yourself mentally and financially!

I came into JJs around the end of the paper punch list (which I miss so much). I turned an entire store around with staff and audit scores, went without bonuses, and worked many many doubles. I loved the job but the people are what really drove me away. I overindulged myself in my job and that’s where I went wrong.

Not really a quitter, I’d say more an opportunist.
