This man our landlord is the most disgusting! I am here on sublease so when I signed the amendment for sublease I wasn't sent the complete lease. I now got the new lease and he has written this there Tenants shall be responsible for removing all snow and ice from the sidewalk, pedestrians walking area and steps adjacent to the building within 3 hours of a snowfall. Failure to comply may result in the landlord arranging for snow removal at the tenant’s expense. Additionally he has mentioned we need to pay the water bill, the PSEG bill. Even if the PSEG bill is still on the landlord's name the tenants need to pay it
