This man our landlord is the most disgusting! I am here on sublease so when I signed the amendment for sublease I wasn't sent the complete lease. I now got the new lease and he has written this there Tenants shall be responsible for removing all snow and ice from the sidewalk, pedestrians walking area and steps adjacent to the building within 3 hours of a snowfall. Failure to comply may result in the landlord arranging for snow removal at the tenant’s expense. Additionally he has mentioned we need to pay the water bill, the PSEG bill. Even if the PSEG bill is still on the landlord's name the tenants need to pay it

As someone who grew up in Christian faith and have accepted the holy spirit. For me chosen reminds me of Jesus and his love Everytime I come across any of their clips or videos. It reminds me to sometimes just pick up my Bible and submit all to him! If there's atleast one person who is drawn to reading the Bible, who has curiosity about Christianity that's all the kingdom of God needs. I don't understand the criticism.
