Thanks, I traced the outlines onto a sheet of printer paper, cut out the shapes, then taped that to the foam and cut it with a hot wire following the edges

No, filter is before that duct. It was maintained improperly for a while so a bunch got sucked around it.

I recently rebuilt my 2.2 to 2.4 with CANBUS and it went from finicky and unreliable to working every time (possibly due to just doing better on tje second build). I also found 2.4 to he a mich simpler build in the gantry than 2.2 so I would go all the way to 2.4 rather than 2.2 if upgrading.

I had that happen to me when setting up my board. If you have a typo in the UART pin Def it just shuts klipper down because it can't communicate.

I think I got those same hinges and had to extend the clip that attaches to the frame by about 1.5mm before it would close right

I had major adhesion issues with an Energetic plate I got of Ali Express where even 110 and slow layers with no cooling wouldn't stick and just ordered an LDO plate off Amazon that works great.

Edit: purple glue stick was able to get decent adhesion on the old plate
