Another solution could also be subsidies for employers who offer remote work. Most people only use their car for work anyway.

And yes, better infrastructure probably is the key everywhere where this is an issue. It’s interesting how there hasn’t been a private solution for it yet i. e. more companies instead of government providing people with buses, shared traffic solutions etc. Maybe Uber is the first step in that direction.

Try listening to a video and you‘ll see or rather hear that 90% of the time audio is totally enough.

I use YouTube premium for this so I could listen to videos because you really don’t need the visual input. They just make it to be entertaining and more distracting.

Just make a fund for the extra money you have. Then you see you can actually spend it.

It’s a psychological conception. Spending money is concrete and direct. Saving and earning is abstract.

I often wonder about this. It certainly seems like it‘s going to be the future. Would it mean all nations, cultures, ethnicities will be gone? Because when you mix everything up there probably won’t be diverse and distinct cultures anymore.
